First off, The Boy and I occupied our new house over Christmas. Departing our old place started out a little sad and sentimental, but it quickly spiralled into effort, issues with money, and icky feelings towards the in-it-for-themselves rats that pass themselves off as real estate agents.
So without any regret, we bundled the three dogs, two cats, several years worth of useless clutter and my pregnant belly into a few truck loads and never looked back.
Two weeks into the new year, we welcomed the much anticipated arrival of our little boy, hereby referred to in the blogging world as codename: Our Archer.
And life will never be dreary again.
Through the midwives at my birth center I stumbled upon this amazing lady and her 365 Days of Documenting Delight project. I was instantly inspired.
As a result I now have a Tumblr account to more publicly document our new little family life so that I don't fill this entire blog up with photos like these:
I'm infamously known for not sticking to my projects, but that shouldn't mean I should stop trying. Maybe motherhood will have changed me :)
